Please join me in Rod Stryker's training this Saturday - Wedneday at our newest YOGASTUDIO San Francisco.
We can even accommodate those who can come for only the ams as space allows. This is not something to miss, and here is why...........
Our philosophy at YOGASTUDIO is to bring only those revered teachers that can truly add to our already dynamic and highly qualified "family" ( almost 75 on our staff). Rod ranks top of our list and it has been my privelege to study with him on a week long retreat and at our Marin Studios in the past for one days workshops.
This upcoming week, it is our honor to host Rod for 5 full days. With great conviction, I want you to know he will surpass any expectation you could have. I stand by that promise. Rod inspires, move our hearts and will expand you whether you are relatively new to yoga, an aspiring serious student or veteran teacher. He embodies that kind of depth, breath and dimension. He is a scholar, a poet, a muse and I am fortunate to now call him a mentor and friend.
